Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our ABA therapy services, approach, and how to get started.

We currently support children and adolescents ages 2 through 18.

Programs are individualized based on each child’s developmental level, goals, and family priorities.

ABA therapy can help children build many important skills, including:

  • Communication and language development
  • Social interaction and play skills
  • Daily living skills (toileting, dressing, feeding, etc.)
  • Emotional regulation
  • Attention and learning readiness
  • Reducing behaviors that interfere with learning or safety

Every child’s treatment plan is personalized to focus on skills that will improve their independence and quality of life.

Yes. Our approach to ABA emphasizes learning through play and meaningful engagement. Therapists follow the child’s interests and use motivating activities to teach new skills in a natural way.

Play helps children feel comfortable and supported while learning important developmental skills.

Absolutely. Caregiver participation is a key part of our program.

Families receive regular parent coaching sessions where we share strategies and tools that can be used at home and in everyday situations. Our goal is to help parents feel confident supporting their child’s development outside of therapy sessions.

The number of therapy hours varies depending on your child’s needs and insurance authorization. After an initial assessment, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will recommend a treatment plan tailored to your child.

Most ABA services are covered by insurance plans that include autism benefits. Our administrative team works with families to verify benefits and obtain authorizations before services begin.

The intake process typically includes:

  1. Completing an intake questionnaire
  2. Insurance verification
  3. An initial clinical assessment
  4. Development of an individualized treatment plan

Our team will guide you through each step and answer any questions along the way.

Therapy sessions are provided in our clinic setting, which is designed to support learning through play, structured activities, and social interaction.

Families can begin by completing our intake form. Once we receive the information, a member of our team will reach out to discuss next steps and schedule the initial assessment.
